Pertaining to the Profile of
Confidentiality - all staff members, supervisor and
subordinate, working in the best interest of the client shall
embrace as a primary obligation, the duty of protecting
client's right under confidentiality, and shall not disclose
confidential information acquired in counseling, teaching,
practice or investigation without appropriately executed
"release of consent" by that client.
To wit, integrity between the
legal system and this agency shall also be upheld to the fully
extent, while collaborating with all Courts of Jurisdictions,
all Departments of Parole and Probation, both juvenile and
adult, and will work diligently and expeditiously to meet all
the obligations of clients and the legal systems, in order to
bring proper closure toward "contracting."
Pertaining to the Adherence of all
state and federal laws regarding Confidentiality - NBCC and
staff are both bound to uphold the responsibility to report
clinical information of any and all type - in specific
circumstances to the appropriate authorities. Written
and/or oral reports must present only data germane and
pursuant to the purpose of evaluation, diagnosis, progress,
and compliance.
A Biophysical Assessment Outline /
Report is used for all clients' "intake and screening" process
before accepting any individual into programming / counseling
services in NBCC. This does not include other
assessments that may be requested by outside indices. |
